Submission Deadline: Friday, May 31, 2024, by 5:00 PM. All artworks must be submitted through the form provided below.

Artwork Delivery: Accepted artworks must be delivered to the gallery from Tuesday, July 2, 2024, to Saturday, July 6, 2024.

Submission Guidelines:

• Form: All submissions must be made using the specified form below before the deadline.
• Image Requirements: High-resolution .jpeg images of the artworks are required for consideration.
• Complete Information: Ensure all sections of the form are filled out clearly.
• Submission: Please do not walk in; submission can only be done with the below form.

Artwork Specifications:

• Mediums Accepted: All mediums are welcome, including photography. All paintings and artwork must be originals.
• Presentation: Gallery Profile stretchers (1.5-inch depth) ONLY. Unframed works only.

BIG IDEAS Show Requirements:

• Size Requirements: Artwork must be at least 30” x 30” (or a minimum total area of 900 square inches). Larger sizes are encouraged.
• Number of Submissions: Each artist may submit up to 3 pieces; selections will be made by the gallery.
• Pricing: Maximum retail price per artwork is $1,500. Lower pricing is permitted.
• Revenue Split: Sales are subject to a consignment split of 50% to the artist, 50% to PWD Gallery.
• Artwork Preparation: Artworks must arrive in excellent condition, wrapped in protective bubble wrap, and ready for hanging. A $25.00 fee applies if the gallery needs to wire your work.
• Labeling: Each piece must be labeled with the artist’s name, title, dimensions, and medium.
• Payment Terms: Payment to the artist for sold work will be made within 30 days of the sale.
• Unsold Artwork: Must be picked up between August 3 and August 10, 2024. Note: the gallery is closed Sundays and Mondays.

Additional Information:

• Shipping and Handling: Artists are responsible for all shipping and handling costs to and from the gallery.
