If you are located outside these regions and are interested in our artwork, please contact us at sales@pwdgallery.com. A sales representative will discuss your options and provide personalized assistance.
Carriers and Shipping Services: We use a selection of trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Canada Post to ensure your artwork arrives safely. We offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and overnight services, to meet your needs.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. The choice of shipping speed can affect the overall delivery time.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the size and price of the artwork. We aim to provide a cost-effective and secure shipping solution for each order.
Packaging: Our artworks are expertly packaged with special considerations for different types of media and sizes. We highly recommend opting for insurance and an expedited shipping option to ensure your artwork arrives safely and securely.
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation: All shipments are accompanied by tracking information. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure the secure receipt of your artwork, especially for high-value pieces. Customers may specify if they prefer no signature at their own risk.
Insurance: Shipments can be insured to protect against loss or damage. This insurance is available at an additional charge, and we strongly recommend it to safeguard your purchase.
Handling Special Cases: For oversized or particularly delicate artworks, we take additional care in packaging. We advise allowing these artworks to acclimatize for 24 hours in their new environment before opening the packaging to prevent potential damage.
Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes applicable in their region. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.
Delivery Issues: For any issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages, we recommend that customers have purchased insurance.
