Returns

Overview: At Paula White-Diamond Art Gallery, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. We understand that buying art online requires trust, and we strive to make sure that every piece is represented accurately and arrives in perfect condition.

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The artwork must not have been altered, damaged, or displayed in any way.

Process for Returns:

  1. Notification: To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@pwdgallery.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the name of the artwork, and the reason for the return.
  2. Confirmation: We will review your return request and send you a confirmation email with return instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
  3. Shipping: Pack the artwork in its original packaging and follow the instructions provided for shipping. The artwork must be shipped back to the gallery within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, the artwork will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition.
  5. Refund: Once approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. We will notify you once the refund has been issued.

Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a gallery error or the item arrived damaged.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive artwork that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to sales@pwdgallery.com with photographic evidence of the damage or error. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Custom or commissioned artworks are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Artworks sold at discounted prices as part of promotions or clearance sales are also considered final sale.
